Other Guthi Related Arrangements

(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, nothing in this paragraph shall affect the Guthi established and operating in accordance with the law in force immediately prior to the commencement of this Code, and in accordance with or in the manner written in the deed of donation, seal, incorporation deed or any other document establishing such Guthi , Guthi can be conducted according to tradition or practice.
